About Us

C&A Construction & Maintenance is a North East construction & maintenance company. We have over 30 years of experience in the construction and maintenance trade.

This time has been spent largely providing reactive maintenance for commercial properties throughout the region, including some nationwide chains.

We offer a 24 hour call-out service and aim to provide each individual customer a personal, bespoke service. Our engineers are fully trained and skilled in all aspects of maintenance and aim to provide the highest quality of service at all times.

Health & Safety

Our dedicated Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Team ensures a regular programme of training is delivered to all our operatives through in-house training, toolbox talks and external courses. All our sub-contractors are vetted prior to appointment to ensure they too are committed to maintaining high standards of Health & Safety.

Our comittment to Health and Safety is evidenced by our being a member of SafeContractor accredited. Most recently, we received CHAS accreditation.

We hold full public and liability insurance to the sum of £10 million.
