Commercial contracts have included part internal decorations to the educational facilities. Internal and external decorations to various school & College buildings, decorations to guest houses and hotels, veterinary surgeries, dental practices, shopping centre work and multi-occupancy accommodation blocks and various aspects of local authority work.

Types of work have included external and internal decorations including multi-fleck paint spraying, paper-hanging including wide vinyls, sanding and varnishing floors, out of hours working in areas of high public usage and difficult to access areas requiring hydraulic platforms, fixed scaffolding and other safe means of access.

Whilst most of the above work has been completed in and around the North east of England, some contracts and various shop-fitting works have been completed on a nationwide basis.
